This company was born out of a wild dream that I have had for many years. I first started baking as my mom’s assistant at the age of three, and my passion for baking has never stopped. I attended Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island where I obtained a Bachelors in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. Through extensive internships and hospitality focused positions I was able to work and travel all over the United States. I have worked in high end clubs on the beaches of FL, and in the beautiful mountains of Montana at a luxury dude ranch. I have spent time in kitchens at the Biltmore in Asheville, NC, and behind the bar at a pub in Rhode Island. I have worked in numerous local establishments in rural Pennsylvania as well over the years, meeting amazing people with each new adventure.
After all of this traveling I knew two things for sure;
1). Food and drinks make or break events
2). My passion is in creating experiences and meeting/serving people
